Digital Product Purchase Policy
The following purchase policies constitute an agreement between Ideal Virtual Assistant ("Company"), and you that governs your purchase of our digital products (“Digital Products):
PURCHASE AND ACCESS
When you purchase any of our Digital Products, you will receive immediate access to the Digital Products at the time your purchase is completed. All purchases of Digital Products are paid in full at the time of purchase.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not available for Digital Products.
LICENSE TO USE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All Digital Products, including any content contained within the Digital Products, available for sale on the Websites were developed solely for your personal use and may not be reproduced for publication or for the personal or commercial use of others without permission from Company.
This means that you, as the purchaser, are permitted to use the content you purchased, including using it within your business. However, you may not share this content with any third party. Additionally, you may not reproduce or resell the information to any third parties.
CONTRACT TEMPLATES
When you purchase certain Digital Products (e.g., the Boot-Camp), you will receive access to contract templates from Businesses. All contract templates are based on Botswana law and are for informational purposes only.
You may customize and use these templates with your clients, but you may not share the template with any other third parties, except for your lawyer.
